Travel Concierge– 6 month contract

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Concierge Executive to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional front-line service, assisting with guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that meets the highest standards.
Salary: £26,500 per annum (pro-rata for the 6 month contract)
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Dealing day to day with customer queries by phone and email to understand their preferences, needs and expectations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers and owners.
- Stay informed about travel trends, local attractions, new suppliers, and additional extras offered by the property owners.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction throughout.
- Keeping customers informed and updated on their concierge requests.
Please note: This is a hybrid role with a non-negotiable minimum of 3 days each week in our London office.
The employee shall work 5 days out of 7 each calendar week. This is inclusive of some weekends and Bank Holidays. A maximum of 1 weekend a month and 1 bank holiday a year.
