We're looking for a
Distribution Executive to join Oliver's Travels for an initial three-month fixed term contract .
You'll help guests booking through channels like Airbnb, Booking. com and Vrbo, delivering outstanding customer service and helping convert enquiries into bookings.
For the right person, there's a genuine opportunity for the role to become permanent, with your focus evolving from sales into helping grow and optimise our third-party distribution channels.
Please note
- During the initial contract, you'll work
- Thursday-Monday
(Thursday, Friday and Monday in our Oval office, Saturday and Sunday remotely). If the role becomes permanent, it will move to a standard Monday-Friday working pattern.
- What you'll be doing
- During your first three months
You'll be responsible for helping guests booking through our third-party partners, including Airbnb, Booking. com and Vrbo. You'll:
- Respond to guest enquiries via partner platforms and email.
- Turn enquiries into bookings by providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage bookings from enquiry through to confirmation.
- Complete post-booking administration, ensuring every booking runs smoothly.
- Liaise with homeowners to confirm availability, pricing and special requests.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and help maximise bookings.
- If the role becomes permanent
You'll help us grow our distribution business by
- Optimising our portfolio across third-party channels.
- Improving processes and automation.
- Supporting new distribution partnerships.
- Investigating and resolving channel integration issues.
- Identifying opportunities to increase bookings and improve performance.

- Working Pattern (Please Read)
- This role follows a
Thursday-Monday working pattern during the initial fixed-term contract.
Thursday, Friday and Monday from our Oval office.
Saturday and Sunday remotely from home.
Tuesday and Wednesday off.
Should the role become permanent following the initial contract, we'd expect it to move to a more typical Monday-Friday working pattern as the focus shifts towards distribution optimisation and channel management.
