Now, we’re looking for a CRM & Marketing Executive to join our ambitious and creative team.
Job Overview: As a CRM & Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering our customer marketing strategy. Working closely with the CRM Manager, marketing colleagues, and wider departments, you’ll help optimise customer journeys, improve engagement, and drive loyalty, while also supporting impactful marketing campaigns and projects across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, project-lead marketer who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, award-winning travel brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM: Support with planning, execution, and optimisation of email and CRM campaigns across the customer journey.
- Generate creative campaign ideas, prepare briefs for internal teams (copywriters / language champions / designers), and liaise with external agencies.
- Support with customer database cleansing and correctly segmented data for targeted marketing activities.
- Assist with CRM initiatives for new and emerging markets, ensuring communication is localised and culturally relevant.
- Contribute to the CRM testing roadmap, identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
- Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance KPIs such as engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaigns and promotions throughout the year.
- Support wider business projects that enhance customer experience, drive efficiencies, or add value.
- Assist in day-to-day marketing activity where relevant, including PR, press trips, brand partnerships, social media scheduling/monitoring, industry awards, and competitions.
- Provide support for sub-brand marketing activities and campaigns.
- Champion marketing best practice across the organisation.
