About Us
We are a warm, friendly, and forward‐thinking early years setting experiencing exciting growth in our numbers. As we expand, we're looking for dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for our children.
The Role
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's development through high‐quality interactions and play‐based learning
- Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, enthusiastic team
What We're Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training upon appointment)
- A current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A warm, caring, and professional approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
