We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager with wisdom and understanding of how to lead within a fast-paced, fully automated manufacturing environment and develop Front Line Operatives.

Company has experienced nearly 20% YOY growth over the past four years. No weekends. Occasionally, there may be the need for the odd shift if demand is extremely high, but in general (98% of the time) you are working Monday – Friday.

Pretty decent pay: £50,000, plus a bonus of up to 15%. There are loads of other incentive schemes we can explain when we chat.

You will have four talented section leaders and a wider team of approximately 40 for you to mentor and develop.

Reporting into an intelligent, motivating, highly experienced Ops Director who invested over an hour of business-critical time to brief us on this position.
