Main areas of customer service support will be related to assistance of the online order capturing system, active sales orders and aftersales advice and care.This is a true leadership position. We are not looking for someone who will sit behind emails and a screen. You will walk the floor, listen into conversations with customers, guide, coach and mentor new starters and provide motivation and professional input to develop your team and team leaders. You will challenge where necessary and provide direction and decisive action when necessary.Previous experience of handing a team of 20+ customer service members is advantageous but not essential.
