About the role

As Head of Growth UK/EMEA, you’ll own the commercial growth agenda across the region: setting strategy, leading the team, managing pipeline, and personally leading high-value enterprise pursuits from discovery through to close.

You’ll design complex solutions spanning operating model, governance, workflow, measurement, and AI tooling, and partner closely with delivery and transformation teams to ensure what’s sold is feasible, scalable, and value‑led.

This is a senior leadership role that combines commercial authority with hands‑on deal leadership – you’ll set the pace, model the standard, and develop the team to operate with the same level of rigour and executive credibility.

What you will be doing

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
  • Own and deliver annual new business revenue targets across UK & EMEA - forecasting accurately and reporting clearly on pipeline health, conversion, and velocity.
  • Create a structured plan for commercial growth: short and long‑term tactics, priority markets, and account‑level strategies.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy for priority accounts - including account‑based marketing (ABM) where appropriate - building repeatable playbooks and growth motions that scale.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across marketing, product, operations, and finance to support sustainable, well‑governed commercial growth across the region.
  • Enterprise Sales Leadership
  • Lead end‑to‑end enterprise pursuits: discovery, solutioning, proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Build and maintain C‑suite relationships - CMO, CDO, CIO, and Procurement - acting as a trusted commercial adviser at board level across UK and EMEA.
  • Design complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions that combine people, process, and technology - including operating model design, governance frameworks, workflow architecture, measurement, and tooling.
  • Position AI‑driven platforms and ways of working - including AI‑powered content engines - to improve clients’ speed to market, content relevance, and cost‑to‑serve with credibility and commercial precision.
  • Partner with delivery and transformation teams throughout the sales process to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and set up for value‑led delivery from day one.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, coach, and develop a sales team - setting a disciplined sales programme and developing individuals to operate with pace and executive credibility.
  • Lead from the front on strategic pursuits, modelling the approach and standard expected across the function.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across the sales team, establishing best practice and embedding new ways of working at team level.

What you need to be great in this role

  • A proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals in consulting, marketing services, martech/adtech, digital transformation, or a comparable discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver and exceed enterprise‑level new business targets across multi‑market environments.
  • Experience designing transformation programmes that drive measurable commercial value through improvements in people, process, and technology.
  • Strong executive presence - you can build genuine, trusted relationships at board and C‑suite level, and are credible with CMO, CDO, CIO, and Procurement audiences.
  • Experience building and scaling pipeline creation and management practices, with strong forecasting and governance discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing sales teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing operating models - including in‑house, agency, and hybrid/inhousing - and the commercial dynamics of ecosystem restructuring.
  • Experience selling AI platforms and/or marketing technology in partnership with services delivery.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with AI tools, with the ability to model best practice adoption and drive usage across a team.
  • Experience working with global brands across B2B, financial services, professional services, consumer goods, and retail.
