- Role: Account Director (4 Months FTC)
- ROLE MISSION
Are you looking for an opportunity to innovate with brands? Involving the development of strategy, creative concepts, contentand campaign implementation?
This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.
The Account Director is responsible forrunning creative and production processes and working alongside our team to drive a project from brief to delivery.
They have a good understanding of digitaldisciplines and are confident working in agency teams.
You will need to be great with strategy, creative and account teams alike, hardworkingand passionate about creativity and producing the best product you can.
The process is key, and someone who really respects and understands that, although creative needs freedom, it also needs to follow a framework and process to allow it to thrive.
This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in running digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.
What we want to see is a proventrack recordof producing multiple complex projects.
You should have meticulous attention to detail, understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for theagencyand you will have proven yourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day running of multiple prestigious projects.

- Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the team in the life cycle of a digital project.

- Knowledge of creating content for CMSs and E-commerce would be a bonus.

- WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Client Relationship
Work in true collaboration with the client andbe responsible for Brand Guardianship on their projects to ensure the client experience is as positive as possible.
Be the trusted advisor of the client, ensuring that you are the go‑to and most trusted person on the account.
Own the execution of projects and ensure client satisfaction is maintained throughout the project.
Anticipate and manage any issues by staying in close contact with the client and truly understanding what they need.
- Project Set Up
- Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfillment.
- Working closely with strategy and account teams in preparingsocialstrategy and milestones for the client.
- Liaising with clients todeterminecampaign scope and produce estimates and schedules.
- Identifying, exploitingand managing ad hoc opportunities when they arise.
- Working with account teams to agree and create timing plans and estimates within our internal Traffic system.
- Estimating complex, cross-platformsocial projects.
- Take overall financial control of their projects, including profitability, accuracy of forecasting, as well as fee negotiation, providing regular andtimelyreports to the management.
- Project Delivery
- Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source externalresource where necessary.
- Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.
- Work closely with Digital / TV / Print Producers to unify skills needed to execute integrated campaigns.
- Motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines.
- Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes where necessary.`
- Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times.
- Reporting
- Ensures they understand how to report and manage operational income for their projects ina timelyandaccuratemanner.
