ASSOCIATES: Will effectively break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements.

Project manage with the support of a senior team, plan and execute analysis, identify core issues, craft suitable recommendations, and work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done.

Clients and colleagues will look to you for unique insight into the subject area which you have chosen.

ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS are the on‑scene leaders who run our projects day to day.

They lead the team through an efficient and effective problem‑solving process from initial hypothesis, based on deep industry and function know‑how, through convergence on a solution.

They ensure that recommendations are bold, practical, relevant and cohesive.

The role demands thought leadership at the strategic level and command of project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships are essential.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE At least 6–8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or with industry experience from a strategy department or in‑house consulting.

Strong background in strategic problem solving.

Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.

Willingness to travel part of the working week.

Know‑how to take the initiative, seek out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to great use.

Creativity – ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems.

An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.

A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team.
