The Opportunity:
People Experience is a critical performance enabler for our business. As the People Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day experiences of our colleagues across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to Oliver Wyman’s culture, ensuring that our people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and teams across multiple regions, acting as a champion for our values and a catalyst for positive change. You will help drive initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and well-being—ensuring that we embed a consistent approach to positive culture and investment of our values and centre people in everything that we do.
As a key member of the team that powers our firm’s culture, you’ll help elevate the experience of every colleague, every day. Beyond designing, developing, and delivering flagship global programs, you will help drive innovation—creating and piloting new initiatives that regional teams can adopt and tailor to their needs. Please Note: Oliver Wyman operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, scope, and deliver a portfolio of People Experience (PX) projects and programmes, including but not limited to activities that support working parents, wellbeing, colleague engagement and marketing.
- Manage processes to make updates and suggest and co-deliver updates to the curriculum and supporting materials for The Culture Academy.
- Engage with a group of volunteer colleagues who are passionate about our culture and values for Culture Champions.
- Support the delivery of the Values-Driven Leadership (VDL) initiative across different teams and locations.
- Own the end-to-end process for the Inclusion and Culture Awards including annual review, updates and development of the awards.
- Own the end-to-end process for the Inclusion and Culture Festival including annual review, updates and development of the festival.
- Develop, deliver, and support strategic communications and engagement plans for key PE initiatives.
- Create and implement toolkits, presentations, and surveys to enhance colleague engagement.
- Partner proactively with regional teams and leadership, providing actionable advice and insights.
- Support the budget management process for the PX function.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrable, advanced project and program management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously.
- Technical experience with high proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
