Oliver Wyman is seeking a highly motivated Senior Learning Product Manager to join our Learning & Development team in our London Baker Street office
The Opportunity:
In this Senior Learning Product Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing the impact and development of a comprehensive portfolio of learning products, end to end, for Oliver Wyman firm service employees. Products include a wide range of learning experiences, from iconic in-person programs, to virtual skill accelerators, digital on-demand learning, coaching, and peer/team-based development.
As the Senior Learning Product Manager, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the Firm, and with cross-functional teams to align business and talent priorities, identify learning needs, define learning strategies, develop and enhance a portfolio of learning interventions, and measure outcomes. This wide-ranging portfolio will facilitate the growth and impact for firm serving professionals across tenures and roles from early career to senior leadership, across functions, and regions globally
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have :
- 8+ years of experience in Learning Product Management, talent management, organizational development, strategic consulting, or similar roles.
- Experience of translating business requirements to talent and learning development solutions, e.g., conducting needs analysis and creating learning strategies to address identified gaps.
- Experience in Learning & Development product management in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, including relationship building, influence and ability to lead and grow positive, productive stakeholder relations and complex problem solving with wide range of stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of products.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and e-learning authoring tools is preferred.
- A passion for learning and development, and a deep understanding of current trends and innovations in this profession.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

- Strong stakeholder management, including relationship building, influence and ability to lead and grow positive, productive stakeholder relations and complex problem solving with wide range of stakeholders and teams.
- A Master's degree in Business, organizational development, design, human resources, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Specifics about the role :
- Building alignment, excitement and trust with senior stakeholders through end-to-end accountability for solving business problems.
- Independently aligning our learning strategy to business and talent priorities for a specific population or set of skills, leading a complex portfolio end-to-end.
- Leading complex initiatives with large impact for organization, often in partnership with the business or other functions, e.g., tackles surge skill at scale, advance deep insight/ impact across Product areas, etc.
- Independently conducting comprehensive, insightful needs analysis among internal employees to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Developing expertise on relevant subject matter (a “go to” thought leader), including curation and when needed (co)creation based on internal and external perspectives; Develops Firm intellectual capital, as a thought leader
- Leading collaboration with subject matter experts, department heads, and designers to define learning goals and create effective learning strategies tailored to our internal workforce.
- Independently developing and maintaining a roadmap for the creation and enhancement of learning products and solutions for our internal employees.
- Conducting ongoing evaluation of learning products to measure their impact and effectiveness; Advancing deep insight/ impact across product areas; Effectively radiating impact stories across the Firm and generating effective senior sponsorship
- Bringing forth industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning design and delivery to enhance our learning interventions
- Leading proactive collaborations with consulting and human capital teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and development plans
