Oliver Wyman is looking to hire a Recruiter who would be responsible for recruiting experienced consultants in our London office. Please Note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the Newcastle office at least 60% of the time.

The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who enjoys taking full ownership of the recruitment process and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders. As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the latest recruitment needs and advise on the hiring strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.
  • Team with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across the European region.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in internal recruitment, preferably within the consulting industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and foster career development programs.
  • Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines are essential.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics, analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes.

Your Technical Skills:

  • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential – Workday is preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
