Key Responsibilities
- Support the effective running of the office by providing first line assistance for office matters, working with internal teams and external partners to address and resolve issues.
- Manage visitor access and reception duties, welcoming guests and coordinating deliveries whilst ensuring appropriate logging and security procedures are followed.
- Oversee office supplies and refreshments, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders – including Friday happy hour drinks – are managed efficiently.
- Assist with office and recruitment events, including event set ups and operational support to ensure activities are delivered smoothly.
- Daily monitoring of the office environment to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and upkeep, coordinating with the relevant teams to address any concerns.
- Manage access badge requests and access permissions in coordination with OS London.
- Maintain clear communication with the local team, ensuring office‑related updates and issues are shared and escalated where appropriate.
- Carry out monthly office audit and quarterly checks to ensure office operations and safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across Office Services activities, contributing to the effective delivery of workplace operations.
