The Talent Management team is responsible for the optimal mobilisation of specialists across our external client projects, taking into consideration the commercial needs of the business and the individual needs of the specialists.

The DNA Talent Manager will be responsible for the staffing and all talent management initiatives for a pool of our specialists. The person will be part of the SPC Talent Management team and will be working in close collaboration with the broader European Talent Management team and the respective local Partners. This is a hybrid role (60% of the time working from the Newcastle office).

  • Staffing of specialists onto client projects, considering balances between project requirements and execution, development objectives and personal preferences.
  • Oversee local utilization, ensure that trapped capacity is limited.
  • Talent Management for a specialist population including on-boarding, performance management and career development.
  • Management of Mid-Year and Year-End performance management processes.
  • Act as person of trust for specialists regarding work-related issues such as career development, work-life balance or conflict resolution.
  • Collaboration with other Human Capital functions regarding topics such as training, performance management, recruiting.
  • Working on project-based initiatives.

2 – 5 years of experience as a Talent Manager, Resource Manager, Recruiter or HR, preferably in a dynamic client services business environment (management consulting or professional services). Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
