The Product Strategy Analyst plays a critical execution role within the Quotient Inside Product Strategy team. This position focuses on structured coordination, high‑quality material preparation, and translating strategic direction into organized plans, requirements, and deliverables. The Analyst ensures initiatives move forward efficiently by preparing executive materials, organizing work‑plans, capturing high‑level product requirements, and coordinating cross‑functional inputs. This is a hybrid role (working 3 days per week from the London office).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine executive‑ready decks that articulate product strategy, AI initiatives, and investment cases.
  • Develop and maintain structured work‑plans across defined strategy initiatives.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear, high‑level product requirements for build teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Enablement teams.
  • Prepare materials and pre‑reads for leadership forums and decision meetings.
  • Support preparation for interviews, discovery sessions, and exploratory workshops led by research and design teams.
  • Develop interview briefs, discussion guides, participant lists, and background materials.
  • Capture structured notes and key themes from interviews and working sessions.
  • Synthesize initial findings into summaries that inform product direction and leadership materials.
  • Integrate research findings into structured work‑plans and initiative documentation.

Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, product operations, program management, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience building executive‑ready presentations and materials.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives with structured work‑plans in complex teams.
  • Exposure to digital, product, or AI‑enabled initiatives preferred; curiosity about AI/GenAI tools or techniques, including prompt engineering, workflow integration, or agent‑based solutions.
  • Experience operating in matrixed, professional services environments using agile ways of working and tools like Aha and ADO is a plus.
  • Experience translating user feedback/requests into clear user pain points and needs.
