Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, is a management consulting firm driven by deep industry insight, bold innovation, and a collaborative approach that cuts through complexity to help organizations navigate their most defining transformative moments.
We’re looking for a Motion Designer who thinks like a designer first, and animates second. Someone who understands timing, restraint, typography, rhythm and knows how to use AI intelligently without letting it dilute craft. It’s about timing, tension, restraint, and narrative. If you obsess over typography in motion, care about pacing down to the frame, and believe movement should elevate an idea not decorate it, this is for you.
The Creative Studio is the global in-house creative agency of Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm. We operate as a disciplined, high-performing creative function within a complex, stakeholder-driven environment.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Translate concept and layout into crafted, purposeful animation
- Protect hierarchy, typography, and brand systems when things start moving
- Make deliberate choices about rhythm, pacing, and flow
- Design motion systems not one-off transitions
- Shape Narrative
- Bring clarity to complex ideas through sequencing and structure
- Develop storyboards and motion approaches from scratch
- Help define how a story unfolds frame by frame
- Elevate campaign work across social, film, digital, and presentations
- Raise the Creative Bar
- Deliver work that feels intentional, refined, and production-ready
- Push quality without losing discipline
- Sweat the details — spacing, easing, audio sync, transitions
- Collaborate Like a Pro
- Work closely with Art Directors, Video Directors and other Creatives
- Contribute ideas, not just execution
- Defend your creative decisions with clarity
- Give and receive feedback without ego
What we are looking for
- Strong graphic design foundation (this is non-negotiable)
- Advanced After Effects skills (Premiere, Cinema 4D, or similar a plus)
- Deep understanding of animation principles
- Experience across integrated campaigns
- Confidence presenting your work and explaining your thinking
- Curiosity about AI and emerging creative tech
- Strong conversational English
What we can offer you
- Full time job contract with an attractive compensation package
- Flexible benefits package which you can tailor to your needs
- Opportunity for professional growth in a stable, global company
- Access to mentoring and training programs
- Inclusive culture with Employee Resources Groups and CSR activities
- Working in diverse and dynamic teams, friendly and flexible workplace that promotes work-life balance
- A range of digital collaboration and online communication tools to support effective teamwork
- Various social initiatives and learning opportunities adapted for virtual settings
Please submit your CV and portfolio in English when applying.
