Oliver Wyman’s global Learning & Development team is hiring a Learning Product Manager to design, deliver and scale high‑impact learning products for our Principal and Partner population. This role sits within Partner Development and will be based in London
Please Note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.
Why this role matters
- You will shape the learning experience for our most senior consulting talent — designing in‑person programmes, virtual live sessions, on‑demand curriculum, curated external courseware and blended solutions that drive performance and commercial outcomes.
- You’ll work closely with Partners, the Partner Development Council, HR, designers, delivery specialists and technology teams to prioritise a portfolio of products, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
- This is a high‑visibility role with direct influence on leadership capability across the firm.
What you will be doing:
- Owning a product roadmap for Partner & Principal learning that aligns to global L&D strategy and business/talent priorities.
- Conducting needs analysis to identify learning gaps and shape evidence‑based solutions
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, designers and stakeholders to define objectives and create Partner‑level scenarios, simulations and coaching interventions.
- Sourcing, evaluating and managing external content providers and faculty; set SLAs and quality standards tied to learner outcomes.
- Measuring progression from learning to behaviour and business outcomes; using data to iterate.
- Exploring AI‑enabled curation, personalization and coaching assistants responsibly; ensure data privacy and ethical use.
- Running governance and prioritisation with Partner Development Council, HR and regional leaders.
- Defining and managing end‑to‑end portfolio budget in partnership with Finance
What we are looking for you to bring:
- 4–7 years’ experience in learning product management, organisational development or strategic HR consulting
- Previous experience in management consulting professional services firm is expected
- Proven experience designing and managing learning for senior audiences (executive/senior leadership) — ideally with simulations, coaching and peer learning
- Experience of using AI
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple programmes concurrently.
- A track record in linking learning interventions to commercial and people outcomes, in a professional services context.
- Confidence using data and analytics to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, authoring tools and agile ways of working
