Join to apply for the role at Oliver Wyman. We are looking to hire a Recruiter who would be responsible for recruiting experienced consultants in our London office. Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.
The Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you will:
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the latest recruitment needs and advise on the hiring strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
- Contribute to employer-branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.
- Team with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across the European region.
Experience Required
- Proven experience (5+ years) in internal recruitment, preferably within the consulting industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and foster career development programs.
- Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines are essential.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics, analysing data and making data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment processes.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes.
Your Technical Skills
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential – Workday is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
