The Opportunity:
The post holder is a member of the European Human Capital team with a specific focus on developing and implementing our regional efforts on inclusion and culture, encompassing all our activities across all European Oliver Wyman locations. This role will support I&C projects and Programs and will also be key to tracking and monitoring our I&C impact. The position is a hybrid role with a minimum of 60% based in our London Baker Street office.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the Inclusion and Culture strategy across the region by embedding our ‘People Experience Strategy 28’ overall aims and ambitions for the Europe region.
- Collaborating with the global People Experience team and the Europe Human Capital Leadership team to ensure that all global, regional, and local inclusion and culture initiatives are on track.
- Driving regional projects and partnering with the team to ensure timely implementation of efforts.
- Escalating any Inclusion and Culture issues to the relevant leader(s) in the Human Capital team.
- Providing and analysing data to support Human Capital Leadership discussions on Inclusion and Culture.
- Understanding of different markets and office dynamics and cultures across the region.
- Keeping track of regional activities driven by the Colleague Resource Groups, acting to connect the different markets where there are synergies.
- Ensuring all colleagues feel supported, promoting employee wellbeing and assistance programmes that are available.
- Tracking colleague experiences and providing data and insights to senior management as needed on how to attract, retain and support diverse talent.
- Developing knowledge of inclusion and culture topics becoming the “go to person” to signpost internal and external best practice.
Experience Required:
- Using MS PowerPoint to present information to a high standard.
- Ability to use Excel for simple tasks and openness to developing more detailed analysis skills.
- Using Microsoft Outlook to schedule meetings and manage email communications.
- Use of AI to automate and streamline processes.
- Some specialist knowledge of any area of Inclusion & Culture (for example, race and ethnicity, gender, wellbeing, LGBTQ+).
- Accustomed to taking accurate notes within fast-moving meetings.
- Preparing agendas and acting as support for regular meetings.
- Project management and structuring experience required.
