Reporting to the Recruiting Lead, the Recruiting Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations of recruiting Experienced Consultants in Europe. Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth recruiting process to help that the hiring goals are achieved while addressing the logistical, geographical and branding issues of recruiting experienced consultants with a focus on building a diverse candidate pool.

Please Note: Oliver Wyman operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.

  • Collaborate with Partners, Consultants and Executive Assistants to ensure that recruitment processes run smoothly.
  • Provide insight and manage local operational/contractual nuances for European Geographies.
  • Liaise with the HC Services team to ensure files are complete, visa issues are identified, etc.
  • Work with Talent Management, Learning & Development and Operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff.
  • Maintain/update recruiting IT system (WorkDay) and required databases to ensure accuracy of information for firm use.
  • Assist with other areas of recruitment projects as required.

Up to 2 years of experience working internally within an HR function or within the services industry.

At least a Bachelor's degree.

Ideally you already gained experience with coordinating interview processes, direct sourcing and/or building candidate pipelines.

Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

A thorough knowledge of Word and Excel to maintain spreadsheets and database.
