Role Purpose
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment experience for both Entry‑Level and Experienced Hire candidates in the UK. This role ensures operational excellence across candidate management, interview coordination, and onboarding while acting as a professional ambassador for Oliver Wyman. By enabling smooth, timely, and accurate recruiting processes, the role directly supports the firm’s ability to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Screen applications for Entry‑Level and Internship positions, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate assessment centers and interviews, including scheduling across multiple rounds, liaising with interviewers and Executive Assistants managing Partner diaries, and arranging candidate travel and expenses.
- Support the collection, coordination, and tracking of interview feedback to enable timely hiring decisions.
- Maintain and update recruiting systems and databases (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and compliance for firm‑wide use.
- Support and participate in recruitment events, including managing logistics, traveling to campuses, and representing Oliver Wyman at career fairs and recruiting events.
- Prepare and issue contracts and offer letters in line with firm processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and background checks for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.
- Act as a key point of contact for Human Capital Operations and Global Mobility, supporting cross‑team coordination.
- Manage candidate communications and the UK Recruiting inbox, delivering a professional, responsive candidate experience and acting as an Oliver Wyman ambassador.
Required Skills & Experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in a recruitment function, ideally with entry-level or campus recruitment.
- Proficient in relevant IT systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive team player with a strong appetite for learning and growth.
- Ability to manage high work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
