b Overview /b p As a senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you embed with client teams to translate real-world workflows into AI-enabled solutions. You lead end-to-end delivery from design to production, setting technical direction while securing integrations and hosting. You mentor peers and raise the bar for delivery, building scalable foundations and a pipeline of new use cases. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic client delivery in a dynamic, collaborative environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid work with remote flexibility /li li opportunity to work across varied client projects /li li collaboration with talented teams /li li professional development and mentorship opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Embed within client teams to frame business problems as AI opportunities and identify real needs beyond stated requirements /li li Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions in live production environments /li li Set architectural direction and defend it to client engineering and security teams /li li Establish technical foundations with secure integrations, access, and hosting /li li Demonstrate value in production at small scale and scale successful approaches /li li Develop a pipeline of new use cases from on-the-ground observations /li li Mentor and grow junior engineers to raise delivery standards /li li Challenge existing systems to achieve business goals through technical excellence and innovation /li li Stay updated on AI and technology trends to remain cutting-edge /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Excellent programming and system design skills with hands-on Python experience and knowledge of at least one of C#/.NET, Java, Rust, or C++ /li li Proven track record taking AI or ML systems into production (LLMs, prompt design, agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines) /li li Depth in APIs, integrations, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), version control, CI/CD, and security considerations for deployments /li li Ability to own a project from start to finish in ambiguous settings and make judgements on what to build, buy, or leave /li li Experience working with clients or business stakeholders and ability to push back when needed /li li Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, problem-solving drive, and willingness to innovate /li li Strong communication skills for clients and non-technical colleagues /li li Desire to build domain knowledge and understand market context /li li Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or related field /li li Financial services experience is a bonus but not essential /li /ul ul li Excellent communication /li li Collaborative /li li Curiosity /li li Python /li li C#/.NET, Java, Rust or C++ /li li LLMs and prompt design /li /ul
