You’ll contribute to shaping robust, data-driven outcomes for insurers and capital markets. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working (London) /li li flexible work environment /li li global collaboration with a leading consulting network /li li opportunities for cross-border and wider Marsh group work /li li professional development and progression /li li inclusive, diverse workplace /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Conduct capital modelling work and internal model design, validation, and documentation /li li Support Lloyd’s, UK and European regulatory capital projects including IMAP and major model changes /li li Perform reserve and capital calculations, optimisation, and IFRS 17-related analysis /li li Engage in M A due diligence, strategy support, and projected earnings scenarios /li li Deliver client-facing presentations, surveys, and proposals; contribute to business development /li li Collaborate across Europe and with Marsh group on integrated actuarial solutions; lead on new ideas /li li Participate in AI-driven process transformation, analytics, and data visualisation initiatives /li li Develop and maintain actuarial intellectual capital with modern data science techniques /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 3 years of relevant Property Casualty actuarial experience, especially Capital Modelling /li li Newly or nearly qualified actuary (FIA or equivalent) preferred /li li Knowledge of Solvency II internal models, ORSA and IFRS 17 /li li Strong modelling skills with practical experience in at least one coding language (R or Python) /li li Knowledge of Lloyd’s of London Capital Requirements and insurance industry challenges /li li Excellent written and verbal communication; self-starter with initiative /li li Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-regional environment /li /ul ul li Highly motivated /li li Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities /li li Outstanding written and oral communication /li li Capital modelling /li li Internal models (IMAP) /li li IFRS 17 knowledge /li /ul
