You will join a collaborative team within Oliver Wyman’s Performance Transformation practice, contributing to high-impact engagements for banks, investors, insurers, and public sector entities. You’ll lead pieces of work, mentor junior consultants, and interface with clients to drive practical solutions. Responsibilities
- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and focus areas
- Plan and execute analyses and identify core issues to craft recommendations
- Lead small teams to move projects forward
- Collaborate with clients and project teammates to deliver cohesive outcomes
- Provide unique insights in your subject area to clients and colleagues
Key requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier strategy firm
- In-depth knowledge of the banking sector
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills for sophisticated analyses
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and another language preferred (French, German, Spanish, Dutch)
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
