Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Oliver Wyman Forum Team in London. Please Note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.
About the Oliver Wyman Forum: Oliver Wyman launched the Oliver Wyman Forum in 2019 with the mission to build leadership communities to act on shared global challenges. To achieve this, our team brings together Oliver Wyman’s most accomplished thought leaders to address select C‑Suite topics by merging insights and experiences to help leaders see the world differently. Our work is based on extensive collaboration with external influencers with whom we co-create solutions to achieve tangible impact that empowers leaders across public and private sectors to act.
What you’ll be doing as Senior Marketing Manager: You’ll be joining our fast‑growing team and will report to the Director of Marketing and Communities (who is based in New York) and serve as a senior member of the marketing team. As Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring marketing efforts are integrated, effective, and aligned with Forum priorities. You will also oversee the day‑to‑day execution of high‑impact, multi‑channel campaigns and support the professional development of junior team members, providing leadership and mentorship whilst working closely with cross‑functional colleagues in Design, Editorial, and Events.
Who we are looking for: A detail‑oriented Senior Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably from within a strategy consulting, professional services firm, think tank, or other fast‑moving global organization. A creative marketing collaborator with a proven track record of delivering thoughtful and engaging marketing across digital and internal channels. Strong stakeholder management skills – we’re looking for someone who can work with, and influence at, CEO and C‑Suite‑level internal stakeholders and clients.
