We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Oliver Hydcovalves company to develop and manage sales of Oliver Hydcovalves entire product range of Valves in the specified territory, for the Oliver Hydcovalves.

With operations spanning the UK, Dubai, Malaysia and India, and a world-class R&D centre in Knutsford, we have ambitious plans to grow beyond our £100m turnover.

The Role:
To develop and manage sales of Oliver Hydcovalves entire product range of Valves worldwide.
Manage current and new distribution channels in each country, to ensure focus on Oliver Hydco products and increase overall revenue year on year.
To appoint new distributors, meeting the companys requirements.
Successfully track and convert all project opportunities into orders for Oliver.
Negotiate commercial contracts and terms, with a strong focus on improving profitability and increasing margins.
Support the development of new products to market.
Review sales track record in technical product.
Work with key end users to develop and implement specification around the Hydco range.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelors degree in mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering - additional qualifications are an advantage
Product knowledge in valves is essential, alongside a strong engineering background in associated products.
Strong knowledge of the Hydrogen and Carbon Capture market. xiskglj
