What You’ll Be Doing as a Workshop Operative:
- Assembling valves from machined components
- Carrying out basic functional testing
- Helping out with general workshop tasks like packing and dispatch
- Supporting other processes such as NDT when needed
- Working towards daily targets as part of a team
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised
No two days are exactly the same, and as a workshop operative, you’ll be right at the heart of what we do.
What You’ll Bring: We’re not expecting you to know everything from day one - full training is provided for every workshop operative. That said, it would be great if you:
- Have some assembly or fitting experience (helpful, but not essential)
