About Us: We have grown our highly profitable business from a one car garage to a £100m company, debt free, based on our philosophy “Gross Margin Is King”. Our business model is to sub-contract our components, then assemble in two state of the art operations in Knutsford and Chennai. We produce ultra critical valves for the world’s oil, gas and hydrogen industries, where exceptional quality and on time delivery is critical. Our culture is based on our experienced management team focusing on customer service internationally.

What You’ll Bring: We are looking for an exceptional Executive, probably in their mid career, who sees joining and leading our team as their last career move. Ideally you will have gained your experience in a mechanical engineering / manufacturing / technically based company, where your focus has been on annually growing pre-tax earnings through an integrated management structure. You will have a strong understanding of financial controls and IT and be an excellent people manager, easy to work with across all sections of our very fast moving and complex company.

Your exceptional remuneration package will reflect our high expectations: to drive profitable growth and expansion as our new Managing Director.
