Location: Knutsford, Parkgate Industrial Estate

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week (Office Based)

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Internal Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer engagement and solution selling. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a central point of contact for commercial and technical enquiries, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order processing.
  • Manage enquiries and prepare quotations aligned to customer requirements.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
  • Process orders and maintain CRM records of opportunities and interactions.
  • Develop key accounts to increase enquiries and sales.
  • Ensure margins meet company expectations and review customer terms.
  • Collaborate with external sales to share leads and opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a technical or internal sales role within an industrial environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Desirable).
