Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing as a Workshop Operative
- Assist with mowing lawns, strimming, edging, and hedge cutting.
- Maintain gardens to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support seasonal tasks such as leaf clearance, pruning, and planting.
- Work effectively as part of a team while developing horticultural knowledge and skills.
What You'll Bring
We're not expecting you to know everything from day one-full training is provided. That said, it would be great if you:
- Have some experiance with manual handling activities
- Are reliable and take pride in your work
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
- Are keen to learn and get stuck in as a workshop operative
- Have basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
- Own transport
