Location: Knutsford, Parkgate Industrial Estate

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week (Office Based)

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-value Oil & Gas projects from order to delivery. This is a hands-on role for a pragmatic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, engineering environment and is trusted to drive progress, manage risk, and deliver for demanding global customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reporting to the Head of Projects, you’ll be supporting our clients managing multi-million-pound sales orders from cradle to grave.
  • You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and orders are delivered on time.
  • Project delivery of high-value, engineered-to-order projects
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas contractual, technical, and quality requirements
  • Advanced planning, scheduling, and milestone control
  • Risk, issue, and change management in complex delivery environments
  • Cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
  • Supplier management, expediting, and logistics coordination
  • Clear, professional stakeholder and customer communication
  • Commercial awareness, including cost, margin, and schedule impacts
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and governance discipline

What You’ll Bring

  • You will be a pragmatic, self-driven professional who takes ownership and delivers under pressure.
  • Highly customer-focused, you work collaboratively across teams, communicate clearly, and cut through complexity to get things done, while maintaining strong organisation, judgement, and attention to detail.
  • Proven Project Manager experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, or similar regulated industry
  • Experience delivering large, engineered-to-order projects
  • Working knowledge of Oil & Gas standards and quality requirements (e.g. API, ASME, ISO)
  • Project management qualification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of MRP principles and ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (or equivalent), and engineering drawings
