We are looking for a Workshop Operative to join our manufacturing team in Knutsford. This is an exciting time to join the fastest growing and most successful family-owned valve manufacturer in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble and perform functional testing on valves manufactured from machined components.
- Contribute to wider workshop activities, including packing, dispatch operations, and NDT processes.
- Deliver work efficiently to consistently meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the workspace.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous fitting and assembly experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
- Reliability and a detail-oriented approach.
- Be a pro-active team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
