Role: Traffic Manager

Location: London, England, United Kingdom.

About the role

Working in partnership with our client, a leading optical and imaging client in B2B transformation, we’re seeking a Traffic Manager. You’ll collaborate with creative and strategic professionals to craft compelling stories and campaigns that truly resonate with audiences, utilising cutting‑edge tools and agile processes. We value creativity, collaboration, and impactful results, offering you the chance to make a real difference while advancing your career alongside an esteemed client.

This role is right for you if you are an organised and proactive Traffic Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You excel at managing resources and schedules efficiently to keep the studio operating smoothly and ensure all projects are delivered on time.

As a Traffic Manager, you will manage the resource schedule, ensuring the effective running of the studio and the avoidance of downtime. Working closely with internal teams, you will oversee resource requests, assign relevant talent to projects, and manage changes and updates across workloads. Your role will involve interrogating briefs, managing amendments and final file requests, and actively participating in daily production meetings.

The team environment is dynamic and supportive, relying on diverse strengths to deliver innovative B2B solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project statuses, changes, and potential resource conflicts, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What you will be doing

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to book and manage resources in studio settings, handling high volumes of fast‑paced work efficiently.
  • Expertise in multitasking and dealing with constant requests and changes, effectively juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of agency and account processes, coupled with good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients and implementing/updating processes.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure and in entrepreneurial environments, with a willingness to learn key business skills.

What you need to be great in this role

  • Proven experience in traffic/resource management in various areas such as print, motion graphics, web design, artwork, and social media.
  • Experience within in‑house agency settings is desirable.
  • Competence with various resource management systems and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team encouragement skills in cross‑discipline, multi‑level teams.
  • Ability to challenge convention by proposing alternative processes and solutions.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in traffic/resource management.

Our values shape everything we do:

  • Be imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Be always learning and listening to understand.
  • Be actively pro‑inclusive and anti‑racist across our community, clients and creations.
