About the role: Talent Partner (FTC 6 months) – London, England (Tues & Thurs in Farringdon office). Join our high‑performing UK Talent Acquisition team to support a high volume of hiring across creative, strategy and client services functions during a period of increased demand. As a true business partner to stakeholders, you’ll own end‑to‑end recruitment delivery while ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end‑to‑end hiring across a mix of creative, strategy and client services roles.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver against ambitious hiring timelines.
  • Build strong pipelines of high‑quality, diverse talent.
  • Drive direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, talent pools).
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer.
  • Use data, insight and market knowledge to influence hiring decisions.
  • Continuously improve how we hire, including leveraging AI and automation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Experience in creative, marketing or agency hiring is a bonus.
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
