About the role

At OLIVER, we are committed to finding exceptional talent to drive our innovative and fast-growing organization forward. We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our high-performing UK Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a critical part in supporting a high volume of hiring across creative, strategy and client services functions during a period of increased demand. You will operate as a true business partner to stakeholders, owning end-to-end recruitment delivery while ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable balancing quality, pace and stakeholder expectations. The Talent Team has 50 people globally all working to deliver our mission of building the best teams in the world. You will be working alongside 4 talent partners in the UK and report into the UK Head of Talent Acquisition.

What you will be doing

  • Owning end-to-end hiring across a mix of creative, strategy and client services roles
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver against ambitious hiring timelines
  • Building strong pipelines of high-quality, diverse talent
  • Driving direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, talent pools)
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer
  • Using data, insight and market knowledge to influence hiring decisions
  • Continuously improving how we hire — including leveraging AI and automation

You’ll have

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience in creative, marketing or agency hiring is a bonus
  • Availability to start immediately or within a very short notice period
