- Develop strategies rooted in audience understanding, data, and cultural context.
- Translate complex research and performance data into actionable, inspiring strategic narratives.
- Lead strategic frameworks that connect brand, content, and media to drive engagement and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation across audience targeting, content formats, and performance measurement.
- Champion innovation, exploring how generative AI tools can enhance research, insight generation, and strategic thinking.
- Present and defend recommendations confidently, influencing internal and client stakeholders.
- Help evolve the ongoing strategic standards and practices within the embedded team.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 7+ years of experience as a Digital/Social Strategist.

- Complete fluency in the digital and social ecosphere.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Energetic and highly proactive.
- Outstanding communication and written skills.
- Must be knowledgeable of trends in digital and social, how to apply them in marketing, and be able to stay up‑to‑date with trends across various target audiences.
- Must be entrepreneurial in mindset and can understand people’s needs, identify opportunities, and build relationships with stakeholders to act on them.
- Adapt quickly to work on many different types of digital and social projects concurrently.
- Must have working knowledge of best practices in digital and social across major platforms with the ability to develop custom strategies based on the unique needs of our clients.
Our values shape everything we do:
- Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Be always learning and listening to understand.
- Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations.
