- Successful meeting of project deadlines and ensuring efficiency and quality of the work.
- Ensuring adherence to creative best practices and standards, both according to Unilever and platform‑specific guidelines, towards channel optimisation and performance.
- Proactively managing scope creep and ensuring cost estimates are reflective of effort required on every project.
- Effectively managing resource across projects – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers where needed.
- Understanding the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines.
- Building and maintaining relationships within our Unilever brand teams often through regular face to face contact and virtual meetings.
- Line managing additional Project Managers within the team - setting objectives & goals and mitigating escalations.

- You have strong negotiation skills.
- A real self‑starter as well as experience in motivating others.
- You understand your contribution to the overall account commercials, with experience in managing project finances.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the design studio output.
