About the role
At OLIVER, our people are everything. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior People Partner to join our diverse and dynamic People Team and help us take things to the next level. This is not your average HR role. You will be a trusted partner who is genuinely embedded in the business, challenging the status quo, driving meaningful change, and delivering a people experience that sets us apart. You will work across all brands within the OLIVER Group, providing expert guidance, proactive support and strategic insight across the full employee lifecycle. What you will be doing
- Strategic Partnership - Build deep, trusted relationships with your client groups, getting truly under the skin of the business while maintaining alignment with the wider People strategy. Act as a genuine business partner, using data and insights to support leaders in making robust, informed people decisions. Interpret people metrics and engagement data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Employee Relations - Provide sound, timely and pragmatic HR advice on policy, process, employment law and best practice. Probationary reviews, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, redundancy and restructuring, TUPE transfers and dismissals.
