Role: Senior Conversion Rate Optimization – 9 Month FTC (North America)

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior CRO Manager to join our strategic partnership with a prominent international B2B events organisation, supporting their North American division.

As a vital member of a 12-person team, you will contribute significantly to maximising the effectiveness of our client\’s digital assets through rigorous optimisation and data-driven strategies.

In this contract role, you serve as both an architect and executor— you’ll be an experienced CRO practitioner with a keen understanding of data, user behaviour, and digital marketing. You’ll be passionate about optimising digital experiences to drive conversions and impact business outcomes.

Our client is a leader in their industry, known for their ambition and innovation. They seek a collaborative partner to help them achieve their strategic goals, and this position is central to fulfilling those objectives .

What you will be doing:

  • Strategy Development : Design and implement comprehensive CRO strategies that align with business goals. This involves identifying areas of opportunity on the website and digital platforms to improve conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis : Use tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and user feedback to analyse user behaviour and identify barriers to conversion. This analysis informs tests and changes to website design or content.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation : Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests and multivariate tests to understand which changes lead to improvements in conversion rates. Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • User Experience Optimisation : Collaborate with web managers and website team to ensure that website improvements not only convert better but also enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure CRO initiatives align with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting : Develop and maintain reports on conversion performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly updating optimisation strategies based on test results and emerging trends.
  • Mentorship and Leadership : Lead and mentor within the team, guiding their professional development and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
