This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment and is passionate about performance data and digital storytelling.

What you will be doing:

  • Implement paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) for brands like Birds Eye, Findus, and Goodfella’s.
  • Set up platform‑specific formats (Stories, Reels, Feed posts) and ensure correct targeting and segmentation.
  • Coordinate with organic content and influencer teams to align paid amplification with broader brand narratives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag underperforming assets for review.
  • Support A/B testing and creative iteration based on performance insights.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track boosted vs. organic content metrics.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Head of Performance Marketing to ensure campaign consistency across markets.
  • Liaise with offshore teams for campaign setup and reporting support.
  • Partner with Community Managers and Content Creators to ensure paid content is timely and relevant.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in paid media campaign execution, ideally within FMCG, retail, or multi‑brand environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics—especially in distinguishing paid vs. organic impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different markets, with attention to cultural nuances and localisation needs.
  • Comfortable working in matrixed teams and collaborating with off‑shore support for campaign setup and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail—able to manage timelines, assets, and approvals across brands.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and performance optimisation.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners.
