About the role

The Senior Account Manager is the engine of the studio. You will own the client relationship day‑to‑day, manage every creative touchpoint from brief to delivery, and lead a team of four to produce consistently strong retail and channel marketing work. This role requires setting high quality standards, inspiring the team, and keeping the client confident.

What you will be doing:

  • Client and account management – primary contact for the client, owning communications, building a trusted relationship, developing deep knowledge of the brands, identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Writing and owning all incoming briefs, translating client requirements into clear, actionable creative direction.
  • Proof and quality control of all outgoing work to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and production standards.
  • Setting and tracking realistic timelines across multiple projects.
  • Coordinating with print and merchandise suppliers.
  • People and resource management – developing the team, allocating resources, providing feedback, building a collaborative studio environment.
  • Budget and project finance – managing project‑level budgets, sourcing freelancers, flagging budget risks.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Substantial account management experience in an agency or in‑house studio.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a small creative team.
  • Solid retail or channel marketing background, including print, digital, social, and web.
  • Excellent briefing and proofing skills.
  • Confident client communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, running multiple concurrent projects.
  • Working knowledge of print and merchandise production processes.
  • Comfortable with project‑level budgets and financial admin.
  • Professional proficiency in a European language is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools to improve account management workflows.
  • Experience designing or refining AI‑assisted workflows.
  • Ability to evaluate AI‑generated outputs critically.
  • Agentic approach to problem‑solving and adaptability.
  • Confidence guiding team members in responsible AI use.
