About the role
As Junior Producer, you'll report to the Senior Producer and take on real production responsibility from day one. You'll independently produce shoots up to £50K and support senior producers on larger, more complex productions — working hand in hand with Print, Digital, Film, and Post departments, as well as external partners and vendors. Every project you touch will be delivered on time, on budget, and in line with the creative vision, with all production paperwork, logistics, and compliance responsibilities managed accurately throughout.
What you will be doing
- Independently produce shoots up to £50K — managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables from pre-production through to wrap
- Support the Executive Producer and global executional producers on larger productions, taking on line‑producing responsibilities as required
- Draft, coordinate, and communicate project timelines, deadlines, and budgets to internal teams, external production partners, and clients
- Produce, distribute, and archive all production paperwork accurately and on time — including schedules, call sheets, talent and location contracts, insurance declarations, and production overviews
- Manage international and local travel logistics and bookings for the Creative Shoot team, talent (athletes, artists, influencers, models), production partners, and agency personnel
- Ensure all health and safety, legal, and AdGreen responsibilities are clearly outlined, communicated, and managed with clients, production partners, and freelancers throughout every production
- Work alongside project‑management teams to manage client expectations and action points — ensuring deliverables stay aligned to the creative vision, budget, and timeline
- Support the creation of presentation decks, production books, and department guidelines
- Manage the team email address and OMG production system; provide administrative support to senior team members as required
- Coordinate accurate and timely project and timesheet reports to the finance team
- Handle practical logistics as required — visitor access, office supplies, meeting rooms, postage, shipping, and catering
What you need to be great in this role
- Some experience in a production environment — whether in an agency, production company, or in‑house team; this can include internships, placements, or assisting roles
- A working understanding of production across Print, Digital, Film, and Post disciplines — with a clear drive to develop further
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without losing accuracy or attention to detail
- Confidence in communicating with external vendors and production partners, and a professional approach to client‑facing interaction
- Thorough, accurate administration skills — comfortable managing high volumes of production paperwork, contracts, and logistics simultaneously
- A solution‑focused approach to challenges: clear‑headed under pressure and proactive in finding a practical path forward
- Familiarity with production management systems is an advantage; willingness to learn OMG and other internal tools is essential
- Awareness of production budgets and basic financial administration — including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and spend reporting
- Confidence managing end‑to‑end production budgets up to £50K, with guidance from senior team members where needed
- Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to production — including research, documentation, scheduling, and logistics planning
- Curiosity about how AI can improve production workflows and reduce administrative overhead
- Willingness to develop prompting skills and explore AI‑assisted processes
- Agentic mindset: able to break tasks down logically and find efficient, practical solutions independently
- Formal qualifications are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts — gained through work, study, volunteering, or self‑directed learning.
