About the role: The Integrated Designer takes digital and print projects from brief to completion. This role will provide new ideas and conceptual creativity whilst working closely with the brand guidelines and will manage the day‑to‑day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets. The designer is responsible for managing and producing initial design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of on and offline materials. They will be working with a wide range of different creative and brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales taking into account quality, accuracy and consistency.

What you will be doing:

  • Producing design / ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
  • Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts
  • Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
  • Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output
  • Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
  • Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Ability to produce high quality work within brand guidelines and within an agreed timeframe
  • Responsible for taking creative briefs from clients, take personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs
  • Strong conceptual, presentation and technical skills
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience of print process and preparing print ready files without supervision
  • 4+ years’ experience in graphic design
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence client and team and build strong and effective working relationships
  • An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills – full of ideas across multi-platforms
  • Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of how to work across online banners (static and animated), web design, UX/UI design and storytelling
  • An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms, UX and latest digital technology trends
  • Strong ability to bring PowerPoint decks to life
  • The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
  • Experience in financial services sector is a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in: Digital POSM, Web Design, Artwork, Print Production, Events and Activations
