About the Role

You’ll be the go-to person for hospitality, event support and day‑to‑day workspace upkeep. Working across front of house, meeting rooms, kitchens and communal spaces, you’ll coordinate everything from client‑facing event catering to stock management and general housekeeping. Success means the office feels looked after, guests feel valued and operations run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

  • Event Catering and Support
    • Act as the point of contact for meeting hosts, ensuring they have everything they need
    • Prepare and reset meeting rooms between sessions, including furniture and stationery
    • Serve meeting catering including hot drinks, snacks, breakfast and lunch (food provided by external caterers; no food preparation required)
    • Provide basic IT support for meeting room technology (full training provided)
  • Kitchen and Communal Areas
    • Set up the main kitchen each morning for company breakfast, laying out cereals, bread, spreads and fruit
    • Restock four satellite kitchens throughout the day with coffee, milk, sugar and hand towels
    • Track stock levels for essentials and place weekly orders
    • Keep crockery and cutlery organised: collect, run the dishwasher and return items to storage
    • Look after furniture and plants across communal spaces, flagging any damage for repair
    • Restock toilets and showers on each floor with sanitary and hygiene products
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies
    • Change bins as needed and dispose of rubbish
    • Report breakages, damage and safety issues promptly
    • Handle minor cleaning duties such as wiping down tables between events and dealing with spillages
  • Front of House
    • Welcome clients, visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth
    • Cover reception when colleagues are unavailable
    • Support other ad‑hoc duties as they arise

What you need to be great in this role

  • Experience in a hospitality, front‑of‑house or customer‑facing role
  • A natural ability to make people feel welcome, including confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and high‑profile visitors
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently across a busy working day
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach: you spot what needs doing and get on with it
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a genuine pride in maintaining high standards
  • Comfort using basic workplace technology (e.g. email, ordering systems, AV equipment); training will be provided where needed

Our values

  • Be imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Be always learning and listening to understand
  • Be actively pro‑inclusive and anti‑racist across our community, clients and creations
