Role: Copywriter

About the role:
We’re looking for someone with experience working on a range of projects for both B2C and B2B audiences. You’ll be expected to generate a wide range of copy deliverables, from long form articles and headlines for social, to conceptualising original ideas and creative treatments for inspirational briefs. Working closely with the Senior Designer to bring your ideas to life, you’ll need to be flexible, organised and open to working across deliverables and channels
What you will be doing:
- Conceptualise, research, write creative content across integrated channels.
- Own the copy generation for various mediums, including print, digital,social media, advertising campaigns, websites, video, email marketing, and more.
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy that resonates with targetaudiences.
- Work on a range of projects, from writing content-heavy brochures or articles one day, to video scripts, social captions, headlines, banner copy and website copythe next.
- Work with the design and account management teams to interrogate a brief, ensuring we have all the information we need to set the project up for success.
- Ensure that the work that is delivered meets the goals of the brief.
- Write copy that is within brand guidelines for a wide range of B2B and B2C audiences.
- Be responsible for writing and ideation of creative that inspires our clients, always looking at ways to improve the previous ways of doing things and push creative boundaries.
- Work in close collaboration with our clients and be flexible to their changing needs.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherenceto brand guidelines.
- Synthesize complex information into concise and compelling content thatsupports business objectives.
- Present and articulate concepts to clients.
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
What you need to be great in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or arelated field.
- You’re a mid-weight Copywriter with 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role within an agency or in-house creative department.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples and storytellingexcellence.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail andaccuracy.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a passion for storytelling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in copywriting and contentcreation.
- An enjoyment of working in a team-oriented and collaborative style with the ability to problem-solve.
