  • Project Management: Guide projects from concept to completion and manage multiple concurrent projects, including ad‑hoc creative opportunities such as pitches.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with strategists, designers, project managers, account leadership, and clients; maintain excellent communication and provide creative status reports to your direct creative leader.
  • Innovation and GenAI Tools: Incorporate GenAI tools in everyday tasks, achieving AI Gold Status for your core craft skill from the Oliver Tech Academy within six months.
  • Quality Control and Problem Solving: Ensure high‑quality output, from project inception through production and deployment, maintaining excellence in your core skill set.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior team members, offering feedback to foster skill development; inspire the team through regular creative meetings.
  • Creative Strategy and Content Planning: Develop high‑level strategic content plans for campaigns and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Client Engagement and Workshops: Lead workshops with clients on copywriting and creative, and challenge briefs to elevate project outcomes.

  • Proven experience in managing creative team outputs and leadership.
  • Strong sense of team, collaboration, and leading by example.
  • Robust organisational skills and a strong eye for quality control.
  • Portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation across diverse brands.
  • Competency and interest in GenAI tools and new digital technologies.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated with effective problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Stay current with cultural and industry trends to inform creative work.
