Established in 2004, OLIVER is the world’s first and only specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. We partner with over 300 clients in 40+ countries and counting. Our unique model drives creativity and efficiency, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions that resonate deeply with audiences. As a part of The Brandtech Group, we're at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to revolutionise how we create and deliver work. Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision‑making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.
About the role: As Project/Account Manager, you'll be the primary operational point of contact for the client, steering the day‑to‑day development of multiple brand workstreams across a breadth of global deliverables. You'll work closely with clients, manage creative and production resources, and ensure every project is scoped, planned, briefed, and delivered to the standard these brands demand. You'll also collaborate with OLIVER's central team and partner agencies across the Inside Ideas Group. This is a role that requires equal parts creative sensibility and project discipline — someone who understands how great social and campaign content comes together, and who can keep complex programmes on track without losing sight of the work.
What you will be doing:
- Lead day‑to‑day account management across multiple brands, acting as the primary client contact for briefs, timelines, and project status.
- Define project scope and create clear plans covering tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams.
- Book and manage creative, design, and production resources — briefing teams accurately and ensuring they have everything they need to deliver to or exceed the brief.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior clients, proactively communicating at every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Challenge client briefs and decisions constructively when appropriate, maintaining trust while advocating for the team and the work.
- Negotiate scope, timelines, and resource compromises with clients on behalf of the team, finding solutions that protect quality and delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables — from social assets and campaign content to global master assets — are produced, reviewed, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
- Estimate costs, establish project budgets, track spend, and adjust forecasts as required — reporting on GP and MI with training provided.
- Collaborate with OLIVER central teams and Inside Ideas Group partner agencies on integrated briefs.
- Drive a solution‑focused approach to challenges throughout the process, maintaining clear communication and momentum at every stage.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Solid experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or hybrid PM/AM in a creative agency or in‑house creative environment.
- A strong track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering consistently within agreed timeframes in high‑pressure environments.
- Experience in social media strategy and content ideation — understanding what makes effective content across platforms and how to brief for it.
- Familiarity with photography, video production, and digital content creation workflows.
- Confidence in senior client‑facing environments — able to build trusted relationships, manage expectations clearly, and hold your ground where it counts.
- Experience working with global or multi‑market brand programmes; luxury or spirits category experience is an advantage.
- Clear written and verbal communication — in client meetings, contact reports, briefing documents, and project updates.
- Experience managing project‑level budgets: cost estimation, spend tracking, purchase orders, and reporting financial performance to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools to enhance account and project management output — including brief writing, documentation, reporting, and workflow planning.
- Experience building personal AI‑assisted workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- Agentic approach to problem‑solving: able to break complex multi‑brand programmes into clear workstreams and identify the most efficient path through ambiguity.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs and apply sound judgment before acting on them.
- Formal qualifications are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts — gained through work, study, volunteering, or self‑directed learning.
Our values shape everything we do:
- Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Be always learning and listening to understand.
- Be actively pro‑inclusive and anti‑racist across our community, clients and creations.
