As a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant, you\'ll manage your own 360 pipeline, from business development to candidate delivery, with the autonomy to shape your own success.

Your responsibilities as a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant:

  • Build and manage a personal client portfolio within the UK\'s STEM sectors.
  • Identify, approach, and qualify top industry talent through targeted headhunting.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships built on trust and expertise.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from brief to offer and placement.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share market insights and opportunities.
  • Represent the brand professionally through quality-driven delivery and communication.

Your current experience which will help you as a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a commercial sales environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with a consultative approach.
  • Passion for the STEM, engineering, or technology sectors.

What you can expect as a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant:

  • £25,000 - £30,000 salary, dependant on experience + uncapped commission.
  • Year 1 OTE £55,000.
  • Company bonus scheme.
  • Company pension.
  • Gym membership.
  • Holiday allowance: 33 days.
  • Office based, Mon - Fri.
