Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong background in precision engineering? Do you have expertise in CMM programming and a solid understanding of industry standards such as ISO9001? As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role within the Inspection department, ensuring all manufactured components meet the highest standards of quality and customer requirements.

Your responsibilities as a Quality Inspector:

  • Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on precision components.
  • Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
  • Utilise a range of measurement equipment, including micrometers, surface testers, and contour tracers.
  • Maintain accurate records through route card completion and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams and contribute to First Article Inspection Reporting (FAIR) processes.

Your current experience which will help you as a Quality Inspector:

  • CMM programming experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO & AS standards.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply measurement evaluations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Experience within a precision engineering environment, with a keen eye for detail.
