Your responsibilities as an Applications / Development Engineer:

  • Analyse customer needs and propose innovative solutions for automotive applications.
  • Manage product life cycles from conception through to release, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with development and test teams, reporting progress to management.
  • Create and maintain detailed specifications for product development.
  • Provide pre-sales support, on-site demonstrations, and customer training.
  • Assist marketing activities, including expos, content creation, and technical articles.

Your current experience which will help you as an Applications / Development Engineer:

  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive engineer sector.
  • Engineering-based degree qualified.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, regulations, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within a cross-discipline engineering team.
  • Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full clean driving licence.
